From one month to two years. You choose your own move-in and move-out dates when you book — they don't have to fall on the first or the last day of a month — and the lease ends on your move-out date.
Every apartment is let fully furnished, with heating, water, electricity and Wi-Fi included in the monthly rent. When you arrive, the beds are made, towels are ready and the kitchen is fully equipped.
A deposit of one month's rent, plus the rent from your move-in day to the end of that month (prorated by the days of the month), by bank transfer within three business days of signing. After that, rent is invoiced monthly in advance. There is no prepaid rent.
Pick your dates, add your details and sign online: the Danish lease (A10) with a one-page English Guest Agreement, the Guest Terms and Conditions, the house rules and the inventory list. We hold the apartment for three business days from your signature while your transfer arrives — until you sign, it is not held. The lease becomes binding when Domus countersigns after the payment has been registered.
Yes. 14 days or more before move-in, everything you have paid is refunded. Less than 14 days before, once paid, we keep one month's rent (excl. a conto) and refund the rest.
Yes, with one month's notice at any time — notice given on 10 November means you move out by 9 December. You give notice in My booking. You can also ask to extend your stay there.
Check-in from 16:00 on your move-in day, check-out by 11:00 on your move-out day.
A fixed final cleaning of 3.500 DKK when you move out. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the apartment, including any balcony; smoking means extra cleaning of 2.750 DKK. A lost key or a lock-out costs 1.400 DKK.
Within 30 days of the move-out inspection, less the final cleaning and any documented damage beyond normal wear.
At most as many people as the apartment has sleeping places — each listing says how many. One person books, signs and pays, and is the tenant on the lease. Everyone else living there is registered by name when you book; they do not sign.
You pay, always: the person who books signs and pays, and is the tenant on the lease. Your employer, relocation agency or insurer can reimburse you — add their company name, VAT/CVR number, your reference or the insurer's claim number as receipt details on the payment page or in My booking, and they are printed on your invoice and receipt. Someone else may make the bank transfer for you, but the deadline and the responsibility stay with you.
We show the street and neighbourhood on the website. The full address is in your lease, and three days before you move in we email the practical information and the house rules. The door code arrives on your move-in day at 16:00, once your payment is registered, the lease is countersigned and your ID (passport or EU/EEA national ID card) has been seen.
No, pets are not allowed in Domus apartments.
