Terms and conditions

 

1.                       General
1.1                   These Terms and Conditions apply when you make online payments to Domus Apartments, Vimmelskaftet 41 A, 3rd floor, DK-1161 Copenhagen K, Denmark (hereinafter “us”, “we”, or “ours”), via the payment module available on https://domusapartments.com/payment.
1.2                   Our Privacy Policy https://domusapartments.com/cookie-policy/ and Cookie Policy https://domusapartments.com/cookie-policy/ also constitute part of the Terms and Conditions and apply to our processing of your personal data, including payment information.

 

2.                       The Payment Module
2.1                   The payment module may be used to pay any amounts owed to us, including any back rent you might owe.  
2.2                   In order for us to identify you and your payment, you must provide us with your order ID. The payment ID appears from the invoice that you receive from us via [email address that you have given us when placing your order].
2.3                   We also ask for your name, surname, email, phone number, and the amount payable to us, so that we can identify you and your order.
2.4                   It is your responsibility to ensure that the information that you provide is correct.
2.5                   Payments are made with releasing effect once we see the amount in our account.
2.6                   Terms of payment and deadlines appear from the invoice and/or order confirmation that you have received from us.

 

3.                       Payment
3.1                   You may use the following methods of payment:

(iii) Mastercard
(iv) Visa Electron
(v) MobilePay]
3.2                   The amount will be withdrawn from your account [immediately once payment is made via the payment module.]
3.3                   [All payments are secured by DIBS Payment Service. This means that the communication is encrypted so that neither we nor anyone else is able to intercept your card and account information. DIBS' payment solutions are approved by international card companies according to the new PCI certification (Payment Card Industry). This is your guarantee that you can pay securely using the payment module.]

 

4.                       Failure to make Payment or late Payment
4.1                   If you fail to make any payment in due time in accordance with your payment terms, we will issue a reminder via hello@domusapartments.com. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable reminder fee.
4.2                   If the amount owed is not paid within the stated deadline, we have the right to take further steps, including to end the customer relationship with you.
4.3                   If payment remains outstanding, we have the right to terminate the customer relationship without further notice and to take additional steps in pursuance with rent legislation, and to collect any other amounts outstanding immediately.

 

5.                       Amendments
5.1                   We may continuously amend and update these Terms and Conditions. Any amendments will be announced on our website in due time. We ask you to always read the current terms before making any payments via the payment module.

 

6.                       Governing Law and Venue
6.1                   All payments covered by these Terms and Conditions are subject to Danish law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably must be settled by the Danish courts.

Terms and conditions for subscriptions

8. Duration

As long as the membership exists unannounced, there will be a withdrawal of {{plan.amount}} {{plan.currency}} / {{plan.schedule}} from the registered card. Payment is made in advance. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us by telephone or e-mail, but no later than 14 days before the next draw.

 

9. Receipt

After registration, and at each draw, a receipt will be delivered per. email to {{customer.email}}

 

10. Payment card expired

If your payment card expires, an e-mail will be sent with a link to renew card information.

 

11. Credit card information

By signing up for automatic debit, you give permission to save all necessary payment card information for use in automatic debiting of your payment card. This information will be deleted when the agreement expires.

 

12. Delivery

Once registration has been confirmed, the purchased service can be used, and the item can therefore be considered delivered.

 

13. Refund

Subscription started will not be refunded.

 

14. Complaint

Any complaint must be directed to Domus Apartments via email.
